Can't access the walks

If you have a subscription and find that you cannot access the walks it's basically because the site has 'forgotten' that you are a subscriber.

We've put in place a simple method for resetting the website. Hopefully you'll only have to do this once.

To do this log out by clicking the Log out button at the top of the page. Then go to the Login page (this can be accessed by clicking the 'Forgotten password' link as well as the link in this article).

Log in again on this page. It will take you via another page back to the homepage. Try again to find and access a walk.
