The most common problems are with logging in and not being able to click through to walks, so if that is what you are experiencing click the link under Related Articles on the right. You may be able to find a quick solution there.
If you have another problem or continue to have difficulties you can always use our contact form to get in touch. We'll get back to you as quickly as possible.
In some cases you may be able to find the answer yourself by looking through our FAQs, and that could be quicker than contacting us (we might be out walking the dog). Over time we have built up answers to the most common issues and we are adding more all the time as we learn about them.
In our FAQs you'll also find suggestions about walking generally and such subjects as using digital maps and GPS. If there's an issue you think we should be covering please submit a query within the FAQ system and we'll do what we can to find an answer.
